PPR by telephone. Field is close to Birmingham CTR (2000ft) - you are advised contact Birmingham Approach (118.05).

Avoid overflying all local habitation, especially the farm 500m out on the 07 approach / 25 climb out. To aid identification, "BAX" displayed on hangar roof.
