Pilot reviews of Enniskillen Airfield
“ | Andy and I were going to meet relatives and test VORILS. Weather not good so couldn't make it on Saturday. Flew Tatenhill - Enniskillen - Tatenhill on the Sunday. Really enjoyable trips made even better by Noel and his team who looked after us very well. I recommend the journey to a friendly efficient airfield in beautiful surroundings. ” |
“ | Arranged to hire from EGAB for a couple of days sightseeing in NI. Welcome could not be faulted, superb aircraft, superb helpfulness. Excellent cafĂ©. Scenery stunning with Lower and Upper Lough Erne, and Donegal Bay in easy reach. ” |
“ | Visited Enniskillen on 20th April 07. Great little Airfield, with a gorgeous approach over Lough Erne.
The people at the airfield were all really helpful and friendly. Oh and the Apple pie in the cafe was excellent! I thoroughly recommend it!
Was also impressed the the Maule Seaplane of The Amphibian flying club. Me thinks I may have to come back for a wee go in that!
Keep up the good work folks!

“ | Just back from Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.(15/06/06) Top marks to this airfield, recent investment really shows. ATC were really friendly and everyone pleased to see me. Very well kept, very modern feel. Fantastic runway 33 & apron. Nothing was too much trouble - why can't all airfields be this way ? Newly opened resturant. Flying school on site. New hangars to be built for rotary wing maint. Town centre approx 3 miles away. Go and see for yourself the beautiful scenery, you wont regret it. ” |
