| “ |  This little airfield was perfect for me. I had a wedding nearby, so popped my fold up bike in the back of the plane and cycled from Hougham. I spoke to John Fairweather before I flew in and he have an excellent briefing and let me get on with it. The runways only 402m long but that was plenty for my PA28. I camped under the wing, didn't see or hear a soul and set of early the next morning. Ideal! ” |
