Wednesday, 22 Jul 2015
The RF5B is a later version of the RF5 motor glider, it has longer wings and a bubble canopy which gives excellent all round visibility. Like the motor faulke its engine is based on the VW Beetle engine but though modified for aviation by Limbach has a completely different layout. This aircraft, which is some 30 years old is constructed almost entirely of wood with plywood and fabric covering.
