| “ |  Over Farm is a PPR strip. I flew in there with a friend who had prior permission and it was a nicely kept strip with close access to a main road. The farm nearby has Ostriches running around which are fun to look at.
The hanger is only open if owners are around and you might be offered a cup of tea however there are no major facilities at this strip. Worth a landing for the experience and the views of the winding Severn river and the climb out on R33 (as my memory serves me it was 33) was interesting due to the pylons and the nearby houses so briefing on best ways in and out are best gained by phone in your PPR brief.
Very friendly bunch and hope to pop back in someday soon. ” |
