As I have said many times. You have absolutely got to have Peter Kember (aviation solicitor) working on this. He has saved many aerodromes. Enthusiasm, petitions and heritage are certainly not enough, unfortunately and you have supplied those in abundance, which is fantastic, but not enough. You need to have, at least, technical knowledge of the supply of services and transport communications in the area.
I have emailed Peter and he is aware of Panshanger's plight. Please just find out what it might cost to use him. Without him, I have little hope for the future of the aerodrome. With him, you will win, for sure.
