Aviat Aircraft became the first aircraft manufacturer to switch to using long life AeroLEDs landing and taxi lights 18 months ago - and they are now planning to change from conventional lights to the new all-LED lights for Nav, Position and Strobe lights on the wing tips and rudders of Huskys.

NPPLs now valid in France

The UK Civil Aviation Authority announced yesterday that holders of a National Private Pilot Licence (NPPL) with Simple Single Engine Aeroplane (SSEA) ratings can now fly in France.
