North West Air Ambulance Charity tour

Manchester Barton is looking forward to two special events in the next few weeks.

The GMR (Greater Manchester Radio) bus is scheduled to broadcast from the airfield on Tuesday 24th August. All are welcome to visit as always and, who knows, this time you might get to be a radio star!!

We are also proud to be hosting the North West Air Ambulance Charity tour on Monday 6th September as part of the £500,000 appeal for a new aircraft to replace the Bolkov. The tour is part of a 5 counties visit, holding a series of media photocalls. Also on board, helping to launch Operation Eagle, will be Gulf War POW John Nichol. The aircraft will be arriving at about 0930 and leaving again around 1200 so please come and support this worthy cause. Check out their website at http://northwestairambulance.co.uk
