Mixed news on controlled airspace changes

The Manchester Low Level Route for VFR transits in between Manchester and Liverpool CTRs will have a slightly raised ceiling (1300' QNH), and the Manchester CTR will reduce in size.

Both of these changes will come into effect on 8th March 2012.

On the same date, Norwich gets its new class D CTR and CTA.

For further details about these and other changes, see Fly On Track's PDF 'Known Future Restrictions as of mid January 2012'.
