Germany’s first Permit ultralight helicopter

RotorSchmiede, a division of China’s DEA General Aviation, has thus far built four proof-of-concept prototypes for initial development and flight-testing leading to EASA CS-VLR certification.

 

The company says that the VA115, which will be ‘fun and cost effective to own and operate’, will be targeted globally at the sports and leisure market.
