Perranporth hangars completed

Hangarage is now available at Perranporth Aerodrome, Cornwall's only hard-surface GA airfield. Accommodation is available in the three-bay construction on high-value annual contracts or on day, week or monthly tariff.

"Availability of secure hangarage is a real bonus for visitors to Cornwall who have older, or fabric aircraft," says Perranporth Director Richard Seth-Smith.  "We know that some pilots have been concerned about visiting Cornwall  when a weather breakdown could compel them to leave their treasured machine out in the elements.  Now we can keep them secure."

New Cafe / club and extra aircraft

Other major developments are under way at the Cornish aerodrome; a new cafe / clubroom on the ground floor of the Control Tower will be operational in early April, offering visitors, local aircraft owners and school pupils high-quality sustenance onsite.

Finally, Perranporth Flying School has had added another Cessna 172 to its Piper and Cessna fleet.
