Finally got up to East Kirkby airfield and museum. well worth the effort.

Suggest you visit the website as Poolys is not up to date (even on Sky Demon). circuit height depends on whether the MATZ is active and is either 500' or 800'.

I was a bit thrown by the lack of any numbers or runway markings - its essentially just a field but its in good shape with good approaches.

Museum / heritage centre is excellent
